She combines a knowledgeable, friendly, and practical approach with deep expertise in live event management, operations, and production. Kate played a key role in the launch of TRACE by isla and led the consultancy department at isla before establishing herself as an independent consultant. She works across the industry to support strategic sustainability placement and implementation, specialising in scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon measurement and reporting. Kate's work focuses on improving supply chain management and data capture to drive measurable sustainability outcomes.
