Viva Esprit
Our B Corp certification and ISO 20121 accreditation provide the frameworks that hold us accountable. We have adopted the plan/do/check model favoured by ISO 20121 which guides our operational delivery and ensures we consider environmental, social and governance factors. This approach is supported by practical tools including our sustainability checklist, supplier benchmarking questionnaire and preferred supplier list (encouraging B Corp certified partners wherever possible).
We’ve adopted a holistic view of sustainability considers our environmental footprint as well as the wider social and community impact of our events. As trusted advisors, we work in partnership with our clients to make the most significant decisions early in the event planning process - from venue selection and travel logistics to supplier choices, materials and audience experience.
If these conversations happen too late, the opportunity to make meaningful change is lost.
Continuous improvement is central to our approach. We evaluate every event and use this data to inform future planning. We measure our carbon impact using Greengage EcoSmart, sharing detailed reports with clients.
Our internal structure reinforces our commitment to sustainability. A Head of Sustainability is supported by a network of sustainability champions to ensure best practice is embedded across the business. Sustainability is integral to our induction, training, and professional learning culture. We are proud of what we have achieved and actively share our learnings with clients and peers, from co developing tools with global organisations to supporting others on their B Corp journey.
